These Terms govern your use of Tomb of Light LLC’s products and services (“Services”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful information and materials.
• Obtain rights and permissions for all media you submit.
• Confirm consent for all living individuals included; obtain parent/guardian consent for minors.
• Review and approve drafts promptly to keep projects on schedule.

2) Ownership & License

• You retain ownership in your submitted content.
• Tomb of Light retains ownership of its platform, designs, software, and all related intellectual property.
• You grant Tomb of Light a limited license to process your materials solely to provide the Services.

3) Custom Work, Cancellations & Refunds

• Our Services often involve custom, made-to-order work specific to your family.
• No refunds once custom production begins; we disclose this before the work starts.
• Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that once production begins, withdrawal rights may no longer apply.

4) NFTs

• NFTs are certificates/access tokens, not investment products.
• No profits, dividends, or resale value are promised.
• No personal data is stored on public blockchains.

5) Fees, Taxes & Billing

• Prices are listed before tax; applicable sales tax or VAT may be added.
• Unless stated otherwise, network fees (gas) related to your project are included in package pricing.

6) Security & Privacy

We apply industry-standard safeguards (encryption, role-based access, logging). See our Privacy Policy and Compliance & Security.

7) Disclaimers

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not provide legal advice; you are responsible for legal determinations regarding your materials.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomb of Light is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

9) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Mandatory consumer protections in your locale may still apply.
